Akureyri is the base that makes Forest Lagoon an easy evening

Forest Lagoon and Akureyri are separated only by Eyjafjörður; Mývatn and Húsavík belong to a different North Iceland rhythm. The shuttle removes parking, not the clock
Forest Lagoon offers Akureyri shuttle arrangements with separate high- and low-season schedules and designated city-centre pickup points. The high-season evening service leaves from around Centrum Kitchen & Bar and returns at about 21:00; low season has a different evening schedule, with a return around 22:00. These times change by date and holiday, so do not combine seasonal tables into an imaginary bus that runs the same way all year.
The shuttle is useful if you have no rental car, parking is awkward or you want a drink after the bath. For drivers, it still creates a fixed waiting time and return rhythm. Can the shuttle solve every transport problem?
