Sandvík Black-Sand Beach: An Easy Finish After Sailing
Sandvík’s strength is that you do not need to get back in the car. After the boat returns, a short walk along the shore leads to the hot tubs. If the wind has left your hair pointing in every possible direction, soaking for a while before returning to your accommodation is far more comfortable than forcing another waterfall into the day. Nearby Baccalá Bar can cover dinner, so there is no need to double back to Akureyri just for a meal.
